Refunds & Returns Policy
Please review this Refunds & Returns Policy carefully before placing an order with Davinci Research Institute. Except where required by applicable law, all sales become final once an order enters processing, preparation, packing, or fulfillment.

Due to the sensitive nature of our research-use compounds and the associated handling, storage, quality-control, and chain-of-custody requirements, products cannot be routinely returned after leaving our facility.
At Davinci Research Institute, all sales are final except where a refund, replacement, or other remedy is required by applicable law. We do not accept routine returns, exchanges, or refund requests after an order has entered processing, preparation, packing, or fulfillment.
Once an order has been transferred to a shipping carrier, it is no longer eligible for cancellation, return, exchange, or refund except where otherwise required by applicable law or expressly approved by Davinci Research Institute following review of a documented order issue.
1. Order Cancellations
To request an order cancellation, contact us immediately at YOUR-SUPPORT-EMAIL before the order has been processed, prepared, packed, or scheduled for shipment.
Cancellation requests are not guaranteed. A cancellation may be approved only when the order has not entered processing or fulfillment. Once processing begins, the order may no longer be canceled, modified, stopped, returned, exchanged, or refunded except where required by applicable law.
2. No Refunds After Processing or Shipping
Once an order has been processed, prepared, packed, or transferred to a shipping carrier, the sale is final. Except where required by applicable law, Davinci Research Institute cannot issue a refund, accept a return, exchange a product, or reverse the transaction after this point.
Customers are responsible for reviewing all order details before submitting payment, including:
- Research compound names, strengths, and selected variations;
- Product quantities;
- Billing and shipping information;
- Email address and telephone number;
- The selected shipping method;
- Research-use acknowledgments, certifications, and applicable Site requirements.
3. Incorrect or Incomplete Customer Information
Davinci Research Institute is not responsible for delivery problems caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable information submitted by the customer during checkout.
This may include an incorrect street address, apartment or suite number, postal code, recipient name, email address, or telephone number.
Customers should contact us immediately after discovering an error. Address corrections or other order changes cannot be guaranteed after processing begins.
4. Shipping Carrier Responsibility
After a package has been transferred to a shipping carrier, it is no longer under the direct physical control of Davinci Research Institute.
Carrier delays, routing errors, unsuccessful delivery attempts, weather disruptions, service interruptions, and other circumstances outside our reasonable control do not automatically qualify an order for a refund.
Where reasonably possible, we may assist customers with reviewing tracking information or initiating a carrier inquiry. Assistance with an investigation does not guarantee a refund, replacement, reshipment, or account credit.
5. Lost, Delayed, or Misdelivered Packages
Customers should review the tracking information supplied with their order and contact the applicable shipping carrier regarding a delayed, lost, or misdelivered package.
Davinci Research Institute may assist with a carrier inquiry when reasonably possible. Any replacement, reshipment, refund, or account credit will be determined after reviewing the circumstances and available documentation, subject to applicable law.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If an order arrives visibly damaged or contains an incorrect product, contact YOUR-SUPPORT-EMAIL as soon as reasonably possible after delivery.
Include the following information with your request:
- Your full name and order number;
- A clear description of the issue;
- Photographs of the outer shipping package;
- Photographs of the shipping label;
- Photographs of the damaged or incorrect product.
Do not discard the product, shipping materials, or packaging until our team has completed its review.
Submitting a claim does not automatically guarantee approval. Davinci Research Institute will evaluate the available documentation and determine an appropriate resolution, subject to applicable law.
7. Product Handling and Storage
Customers are responsible for reviewing and following all applicable handling and storage information after delivery.
Davinci Research Institute is not responsible for degradation, damage, contamination, or loss caused by improper storage, handling, temperature exposure, reconstitution, use, or other actions occurring after delivery.
8. Unauthorized Returns
Do not return any product to Davinci Research Institute without prior written authorization.
Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, or returned to the sender and will not qualify for a refund, replacement, exchange, or account credit.
Written authorization to return an item does not guarantee that a refund, replacement, exchange, or credit will be issued. Any resolution will depend on our review of the specific circumstances.
9. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes
Before submitting a chargeback or payment dispute, customers should contact YOUR-SUPPORT-EMAIL so that we may review the matter and attempt to resolve any legitimate order concern.
False, fraudulent, abusive, or unauthorized payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of the associated customer account and may prevent future purchases from the Site.
10. Research-Use Compounds
All compounds offered by Davinci Research Institute are supplied strictly for qualified laboratory research, in-vitro testing, and analytical applications only.
These compounds are not intended for human or animal consumption or for medical, therapeutic, diagnostic, cosmetic, food, veterinary, or other consumer use.
Returns or refund requests based on attempted use outside the stated research purpose will not be accepted except where a remedy is otherwise required by applicable law.
